Honor / Memorial Gifts

We are grateful you would like to include the Greater Cleveland Food Bank as an expression of celebration and/or remembrance for your friend or loved one. Your generosity can help provide nutritious food for our neighbors in Northeast Ohio!

If you would like the Food Bank to notify a designated Notification Recipient of your thoughtful gift, please review the following options carefully:

Mailed Card:

  • Choose "Mail" as your notification option if using this form. You must provide the name and full mailing address of the intended notification recipient (if sending us a check, include a short note with these details along with the Honor/Memorial name).
  • Standard (non-holiday) turnaround time for your card to reach its recipient is 7-14 business days. During times of peak USPS volume it may take as long as 3-4 weeks.

E-Card (ONLINE GIFTS ONLY):

  • You must choose "E-Card" as your notification option and enter email(s) for any/all desired recipient(s). Please be aware that e-cards can sometimes end up in junk/spam folders.
  • E-Cards are also automated and cannot be resent, so be sure to double-check all email addresses and personal messages are correct before hitting "Continue to Payment."
  • Unless you choose otherwise, you should receive a copy of the e-card.

To make your tribute gift over the phone or request assistance, please contact our Donor Services team at 216-535-2051.

We also accept tribute donations by check, mailed to 13815 Coit Rd Cleveland, OH 44110 – please be sure include a note of the honor/memorial's name, and if you would like us to send a Snail Mail card, the name/mailing mailing address for notification recipients.
